Shipments and returns
Return is for defective items only. Customers must obtain an RMA number from Dynavin Direct UK prior to returning any merchandise, or the returned items will not be processed.
RMA numbers can be requested by communicating with our customer service support team, via email at email@example.com with the details of damages or defects. Merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
The RMA numbers are valid from 21 days after issuance. After you get an RMA number, please send the item(s) immediately. Customer is responsible for proper packaging of all returns and costs. All warranties will be void on items that are insufficiently or inaccurately packaged.
For your protection, please insure the returned package(s); provide tracking reference and proof of delivery and insured. Items that do not reach us, we cannot refund or attend to. Also a copy of your invoice for fitting from our appointed installation team must be included.
If you do not provide the fitting invoice, issued from our appointed Installation Service, we cannot accept returned items.
The cancellation period will end after 14 days starting the day after you or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the company that delivers the Product to you) takes physical possession of the Product you ordered. Where you order multiple Products in one order or a Product is delivered in separate parts, lots or pieces, the cancellation period will end after 14 days starting the day after you or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the company that delivers the Product to you) takes physical possession of the last Product, part, lot or piece that makes up your order.”
